All Bobby Weir & Wolf Bros Enhanced Experience tickets must be purchased online. Tickets for the Capitol Theatre show dates will go on sale on Thursday, September 28th at 10AM ET. After you click your desired package, you will be directed to our ticketing partner to make and finalize your order.

The age policy varies by venue, but most shows are open to all ages. Please check your local venue’s website for more information. 

You will have the option to select a Premium Reserved Seat or GA Floor where available during checkout. GA Floor is only available in select markets.

General Admission (GA) tickets do not have a seat assigned to them. Our VIP tickets include early entry into the venue which allows GA guests to have first access to the floor.

A Premium Reserved ticket is an assigned seat. During the purchase process, you will see the location of your premium reserved seat prior to completing your order. 

Platinum tickets are not VIP tickets. Platinum tickets do not include access to VIP areas at the venue. Please be mindful when completing your purchase and be sure to filter on the ticket provider’s website so you purchase the correct VIP Package. 

All merchandise must be picked up on-site at the venue during the VIP Check-In Experience. We will make this easy for you at the venue check-in, as well as provide further instructions provided closer to the event. Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the event.

Please keep an eye on your inbox for important updates from 100x Hospitality regarding your VIP experience. A few days before the event, we will email you specific instructions and detailed information regarding location and time of VIP check-in and estimated soundcheck timing. These times may vary per show depending on the artist and venue schedules. 

If you have not received this informational email within 72-hours of your specific show date, we advise checking in your spam or promotions folder as it may have been filtered there.

No, parking is not included with the VIP ticket. Please check your local venue’s website for all parking details. 

Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on each venue’s availability and policies. If you would like to inquire about Accessible Seating as part of the travel package, please reach out to us through the Chat Form on the bottom right of this page immediately after purchase. We will go over all available options.
